RETURN AND REFUND
1. General Guidelines
1.1) Please email us at email@example.com prior to sending any returns back to us.
1.2) All returns must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.
1.3) If your return includes batteries, please contact us for details on proper shipping procedures.
1.4) Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process, this doesn’t include shipping times.
1.5) You are responsible for paying for return shipping, no matter if the product is cancelled by right of withdrawal, defective or damaged in shipping.
2. Returns – 14 Day Return Policy ( Unused Products Only )
2.1) We only accept returns from consumers within 14 days after receiving the product, consumers do not need to explain the reason. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2.2) To return your product, we require a receipt or your order number. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.
2.3) Only regular priced products may be refunded. Sale products cannot be refunded.
3. Exchanges – 90 Day Exchange Policy ( Defective Products Only )
3.1) Defective products may only be exchanged within 90 days of receipt. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of your setup (including photos if available), and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.
3.2) Defective products will be repaired after 90 days if the product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer's error or defective material. The labour cost of repair will be charged.
4. Damaged in Shipping
4.1) Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the product. Otherwise, the consumer will be deemed to have voluntarily waived the right to claim about products damaged in shipment.
4.2) If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
5. Return Shipping
5.1) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by us will be deducted from your refund.
5.2) If you are shipping an product over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
